General AATPA Terms & Conditions for Maui Inclusive Packages
( Additional & Alternate Terms & Conditions Apply for Online Bookings )

Applies To:

* The following terms & conditions apply to your All Inclusive 'Hawaii Style' resort package only.
If you have purchased optional airfare and/or car rental through AATPA, or via your travel agent,
or online, etc. - separate and additional terms will apply to those added elements of any booking.

Deposits:

* A $200.00 per room deposit is required to hold inclusive room packages at time of booking
* A $300.00 per room deposit is required to hold SUPER Romance room packages at time of booking

* Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Call us @ 800-975-2992


Cancellations While Under Deposit:

* After deposit is made Deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival less cancel fee.
- A canceled deposit is refundable less $50 per room cancel fee ( $100 on Super Romance )
* Deposit becomes nonrefundable if canceled under 45 days prior to travel.


Cancellations After Final Payment:


* After payment(s) is received and cancellation is 45 days or MORE prior to arrival:
. . . A canceled package is refundable less $50 per room cancel fee ( $100 on Super Romance )

* After payment(s) is received and cancellation is UNDER 45 days prior to arrival:
. . . A package canceled from 44 to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 15% cancel fee
. . . A package canceled from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival incurs 50% cancel fee
. . . A package canceled 3 days or less prior to arrival is nonrefundable

* No shows & early departures are nonrefundable.
* No shows due to canceled flights are 50% refundable with proof of flight cancellation.
( We highly recommend the purchase of travel cancelation insurance to protect against loss.)

* Holiday cancellations ( Dec 19 thru Jan 4 )
. . . Holiday bookings are non refundable unless cancellation is made before Nov 20th
. . . Holiday cancellations before Nov 20th incur same penalties as non-Holiday packages

Change of Room Category After Final Payment:
- If you upgrade your room category there is no change fee, just pay the difference in room price.
- If you downgrade your room to lower priced category, the difference in room price is refunded less $100 fee.


Name Changes & Date Changes:

* Name changes are OK up to 7 days before arrival without penalty,

* Date changes are OK up to 7 days before original arrival date except Holidays ( Dec 19 - Jan 4 )
. . . Date changes will be subject to availability & rate differences of new dates.
. . . Date changes which are subsequently canceled wil refund as per original date terms.



* Holiday changes for stays including Dec 19 - Jan 4 can not be made after Nov 20th
