General AATPA Terms & Conditions for Maui Inclusive Packages

To:
* The following
terms & conditions apply to your All Inclusive 'Hawaii Style' resort
package only.
If you have purchased optional airfare and/or car rental through AATPA,
or via your travel agent,
or online, etc. - separate and additional terms will apply to those
bookings.
Deposits:
* A $200.00 per
room deposit is required to hold inclusive room package at time of booking
* Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. (Online
booking requires full payment)
Cancellations While Under Deposit:
* After deposit
is made – Deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival less
$50 cancel fee.
* Deposit becomes nonrefundable under 45 days prior to travel.
Cancellations After Final Payment:
* After payment(s) is received and cancellation is 45 days or MORE prior
to arrival:

If your payments were made by check, cash, or money order:
. . . A canceled package is refundable less $50 per room cancel fee
- If your payments were made by credit card or booked online.

5% credit card fees
* After payment(s) is received and cancellation is UNDER 45 days prior
to arrival:

cancel fee
. . . A package canceled from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival incurs 50%
cancel fee
. . . A package canceled 3 days or less prior to
arrival is nonrefundable

cancel fee
. . . A package canceled from 7 to 4 days prior to arrival incurs 50%

. . . A package canceled 3 days or less prior to
arrival is nonrefundable

No shows & early departures are nonrefundable.

No shows due to canceled flights are 50% refundable
with proof of flight cancellation.
(
We highly recommend the purchase of travel cancelation insurance to
protect against loss.)
* Holiday
cancellations ( Dec 21 thru Jan 3 )
. . . Holiday bookings are non refundable unless
cancellation is made before Nov 21st
. . . Holiday cancellations before Nov 21st incur same penalties as
non-Holiday packages
Change
of Room Category After Final Payment:

If you upgrade your room category there is no change fee, just pay the
difference in room price.

If you downgrade your room to lower priced category, the difference
in room price is refunded less $100 fee.
Name Changes & Date Changes:

Name changes are OK up to 7 days before arrival without penalty,
* Date changes are OK up to 7 days before original arrival date except
Holidays ( Dec 21 - Jan 3 )

. . Date changes may be made without penalty but will be subject to
availability & rate differences of new dates.
* Holiday changes for
stays including Dec 21 - Jan 3 can not be made after Nov 20th
